What we do as your Registered Agent
Our role is simple, reliable, and always available during business hours.
- Maintain a physical address on record with the state for your business
- Stay available during normal business hours to receive legal and state documents on your behalf
- Promptly notify you if we receive any service of process, lawsuits, or official government correspondence
- Provide digital copies of any documents we receive

With the Compliance Package, you don't file anything yourself. We prepare and submit the Registered Agent update with the California Secretary of State on your behalf — we just need your quick authorization first.

We'll email you a short authorization form. Complete it and send it back — it only takes a few minutes and lets us file on your behalf.
We prepare & submit the filing
Once we receive your form, our team prepares and submits the Registered Agent update to the California Secretary of State. If we need anything else, we'll reach out.
We confirm you're all set
We'll notify you as soon as the state records reflect the change. From there, your service is fully active and we handle the ongoing details.

Billing & renewal
Registered Agent service is billed annually and renews automatically each year using the payment method on file. You may cancel anytime before your renewal date. Please note you remain responsible for updating your Registered Agent with the state if service is discontinued, and we remain listed until state records are officially updated.
