Coworking & Day Passes

What is a day pass and what's included?
A day pass is $25 and gives you full-day access during business hours — no membership required. It includes a workstation, high-speed Wi-Fi, printing/copying/scanning, a private phone booth for calls, and complimentary coffee and tea. You'll also have access to our self-serve kitchenette, the breezeway, and the Quartz Room for quiet, focused work.

Do you offer anything for regular drop-ins?
Yes. Our 10-visit punch card is $199 and is good for 12 months — a savings over individual day passes if you plan to come in a few times a month.

How do I get started?
Buy a day pass online or walk in. No setup, no contract.

Dedicated Desks & Private Offices

Do you offer dedicated desks?
Yes. A dedicated desk gives you your own reserved workstation in our shared space — no need to pack up at the end of the day. It's a good middle ground if you're in several days a week but don't need a full private office. Contact us for current availability and pricing.

Do you have private offices available?
Yes. We have furnished private office suites available now at Nine3One with flexible terms. Unfurnished suites are also available nearby at Stark Tower (939 10th St) on one-year leases. Book a tour to see what's open.

What rooms do you have, and what do they hold?

  • Agave Room — Seats up to 4. Starting at $25/hour.

  • Cactus Room — Seats up to 12, boardroom setup. Starting at $50/hour.

  • Poppy Room — Seats up to 20. Contact us for rates.

  • Fern Room — Seats up to 50, flexible layouts and full AV. Contact us for rates.

  • Century Ballroom — Seats up to 200, with stage, projector, and in-house sound. Contact us for rates.

Rates shown are for business hours. Evening and weekend rates are higher.

What's included with a room booking?
High-speed Wi-Fi, coffee and tea service, whiteboard, and audio-visual access.

How do I book?
Use the "Request Booking" link on any room page to check availability, or reach us by phone, email, or website chat. You'll see current pricing and availability when you submit your request.

Virtual Office & Business Mailing Address

What is a virtual office?
A real Modesto street address (not a P.O. box) you can use as your business mailing address — for banking, licensing, Google Business Profile, and general correspondence — without renting a full-time office. It keeps your home address private and gives your business an established, professional presence.

What are the plan options?
Three tiers, each building on the last. All plans are flexible with monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual billing — the longer the term, the more you save.

How does mail handling work?
Our staff receive and sort your mail and packages daily, notify you by text when something arrives, and store it securely for up to 30 days at no charge ($0.50/day after). Pick up during business hours or request forwarding. Scanning and shredding are included up to your monthly allowance.

Do virtual office members get discounted workspace access?
Yes — all plans include 25% off day passes and meeting room bookings through the exclusive virtual member portal.

Registered Agent Service

Do you offer registered agent service in California?
Yes. California registered agent service is $189 per year and can be added to any virtual office plan. We receive your official legal notices and service of process, then deliver documents to you electronically — helping keep your business in good standing and avoid missed deadlines or penalties.
