Walk-ins are always welcome — no reservation needed. If you'd like to plan ahead, you can also book your day pass online in advance.
Day passes include access to our open coworking area, kitchenette, Quartz Room, and phone booth — but do not include meeting room access. Meeting rooms can be reserved separately by the hour. View meeting room options →
The 10-Pack is a bundle of 10 day passes for $199 — that's just $19.90 per day compared to $25 for a single pass. Your passes are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and include all the same access as a regular day pass.
Yes. All of our office suite memberships are month-to-month with no long-term commitment required. You get all the benefits of a private office without being locked into a lease.
Yes — Private Office Suite members have 24/7 access to the building. Our team is onsite Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM, but suite members can come and go any time.
Yes, all of our private office suites come fully furnished. Just show up and get to work — no furniture shopping, no setup required.
Yes. Office suite members receive 50% off meeting room rates and $400 in monthly meeting room credits, giving you plenty of access for client meetings, team sessions, and more.
Absolutely. Our meeting rooms are available to everyone — no membership required. You can view availability and book by the hour at nine3one.com/meeting-rooms.
Nine3One is open Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM. Private Office Suite members have 24/7 building access. If you arrive outside of regular hours for a scheduled meeting or tour, press the call button at the entrance and your host will assist you.
Nine3One doesn't have onsite parking, but there are several convenient options nearby. Street parking on 10th Street is available (2-hour limit Mon–Fri 8 AM–5 PM). Public lots are just $1.25/hour — the closest are the parking garage on 11th Street between I & J Street, and the public lot on 9th Street right behind our building. View our full parking guide →

Many of our members commute from across the Central Valley including Turlock, Ripon, Manteca, and Stockton. We're centrally located in downtown Modesto just steps from City Hall, with easy freeway access and public parking nearby. A lot of members find it's worth the drive for the environment, the community, and the amenities.
