Parking

Nine3One does not offer onsite parking, but there are several convenient public parking options within walking distance of our building.

Feelin’ lucky? You may find a parking spot on 10th Street. Just know that it’s two-hour parking Mon-Fri 8am-5pm.

There are a few public lots nearby – just $1.25 an hour! The closest options are the parking garage on 11th Street between I Street & J Street or the public lot on 9th Street just behind our facility.

Availability may vary depending on the time of day, but parking is typically accessible during normal business hours.

If you’re visiting for a meeting, we recommend allowing a few extra minutes to find parking and arrive comfortably.

Accessing the Building

Entrances

Nine3One has two building entrances available for guests.

Main Entrance (10th Street):
Our primary entrance is located on 10th Street. When you arrive, head to the copper gates and press the call button to notify our team of your arrival.

Secondary Entrance (9th Street):
We also offer an entrance on the 9th Street side of the building. This entrance features a dark grey gate with a call button. Press the button and our team will assist you.

Business Hours

Nine3One is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM. If you arrive outside of regular business hours for a scheduled meeting or tour please press the call button and your host will assist you.

Once You Arrive

When you enter the building, you’ll be welcomed by our community team.

  • Coworking & Office Suites are located upstairs

  • Meeting Rooms are located downstairs

  • Our community managers are onsite during business hours and happy to assist if you need help finding your space
