File a Statement of Information
To activate your service with the California Secretary of State, your business must list us as your Registered Agent. Complete the update online at bizfileonline.sos.ca.gov.
Select your entity
Once logged in, select your entity and begin filing a Statement of Information. When prompted for the Registered Agent type, choose Individual Registered Agent (a person).
Enter our information
Use the Registered Agent name and address shown below, then submit your filing. That's it — once the state processes it, your service is fully active.

Billing & renewal
Registered Agent service is billed annually and renews automatically each year using the payment method on file. You may cancel anytime before your renewal date. Please note you remain responsible for updating your Registered Agent with the state if service is discontinued, and we remain listed until state records are officially updated.
