Step Three: Getting Started
Getting in: You will be assigned a gate code so you can come and go as you please during business hours
Wi-Fi: You will use your Deskworks username and password to access the WIFI
Booking a room with credits: Credits reset on the 1st and don’t roll over. All reservations can be booked on Deskworks.
Parking: You can either park in any of the public lots/garages around our building or we can get you a full-time parking pass for $80 per month.

Good to Know: Sharing the Desk Suite
Take calls and video meetings in Quartz, Lotus or the phone booth, not at your desk.
Headphones for audio, please.
Meet guests and clients in the breezeway or a meeting room.
Equipment stays with the desk, and nothing is stored on the floor or other desks.
Clear your desktop before housekeeping day so we can give it a good wipe-down.
Dedicated desks don’t include mail or package service, and this isn’t a business address. Need one? Ask about adding a Virtual Office.
Membership Terms
Month-to-month, billed on the first of each month. Give 14 days’ notice to cancel. Access outside 8–5 isn’t included; upgrade to an Office Suite for 24/7 access.
Step Two: Your Membership at a Glance
Hours: Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM (closed on major holidays)
Your desk: A desk in the Executive Suite, with monitor, keyboard and mouse
Secure storage: Lockable drawer at your desk
Shared balcony access
Kitchenette: coffee, tea, soft drinks, snacks and daily spa water
Printing & supplies station
Private rooms: Quartz and Lotus for calls, Zoom meetings and focus time (first-come / book in Deskworks)
Meeting rooms: $100 in credits every month, plus 50% off meeting room rates after that
Weekly housekeeping
Full community access: member events and the Meet Your Co-Members directory
