Nine3One is the product of our CEO's vision to help other entrepreneurs not only build a successful business, but have fun doing it. Our members are AMAZING and make our work life truly enjoyable. We like our work atmosphere to have a “home away from home" vibe. Be prepared for holiday decorating, pet friendliness, snacks handmade by our chef delivered to your desk by our community manager, Beer & Wine Every-days, and member mixers.     Meet Malia, our vibrant Community Manager and resident early bird. With a cheerful demeanor and a passion for ensuring member satisfaction, Malia is dedicated to kickstarting you day on the right note. Whether she is making sure your comfortable in your office suite or brewing up her signature Spa Water, she's always ready to go the extra mile to make your workday fabulous.

    Meet Allison, our dedicated Community Manager here at Nine3One. With her youthful energy and unwavering commitment, Allison ensures smooth operations and a welcoming atmosphere during the evening hours. Known as our prodigy, she brings a fresh perspective to the team, always ready to lend a helping hand or offer a warm smile to brighten your day.     Erin, aka Boss Lady is our fearless leader and visionary extraordinaire. With a passion for business and an unparalleled drive, Erin is the mastermind behind all our crazy ventures. Recognizing the need for a collaborative space where entrepreneurs could thrive, network, and create, she embarked on the journey to establish the very first coworking facility in Modesto. Erin's entrepreneurial spirit and unwavering dedication is the life blood for this whole operation and keeps our team dreaming & thriving.

  • CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER (COO)

    Meet Carrie, our indispensable COO, who has been an integral part of Doran Industries LLC since 2014. She initially joined us as a Photo Booth Technician for our former sister company, The Platinum Photo Booth, where her creativity and attention to detail shone through. Carrie has since played a pivotal role in shaping Nine3One's aesthetic and handles a myriad of tasks to support our team. As our in-house tech guru, she works tirelessly behind the scenes to ensure that our facility operates seamlessly and efficiently, making her an indispensable asset to our team.

    Meet Brentt, our resident problem-solver and creative wizard! From wild design dreams to practical fixes, Brentt turns ideas into reality with his magic touch. Whether it's installing, repairing, or tinkering, there's no challenge too big for him to tackle. And if you ever need a helping hand or a picture hung just right, Brentt's got you covered—especially if there are cookies involved!

  • EVENT DIECTOR

    Erica, our dynamic Venue Manager, orchestrates the magic behind our private events at Nine3One. She has a remarkable ability to turn dreams into reality and to effortlessly pull off unforgettable occasions, even with last-minute bookings. When Erica is not hard at work making dreams come, you can find her busy being super mom or watching a scary movie!

  • EXECUTIVE CHEF

    Robert, aka Chef Root, is a seasoned culinary maestro with over three decades of experience. With a passion for crafting delectable dishes, he's constantly whipping up delightful treats and savory bites for our community members. When he's not tantalizing our taste buds, you can find him catching waves, exploring scenic trails, or spending quality time with his amazing kids!

  • CHIEF HAPPINESS OFFICER (CHO)

    Harlow is our team’s furry counterpart. She keeps up office morale and begs for treats. You can find her staring at you longingly through the kitchen French doors while you eat lunch or greeting you with excited barks from the front balcony. She may speak with a loud voice, but she is a sweet girl once you get to know her.
